The CAE-QUATRO is
a quad band worldwide accessible repeater made for Military, and Marine
use. Ships made out
of steel resist any signal penetration and makes it impossible for
anyone to contact the cellular towers unless going topside. The QUATRO represents a breakthrough in design due to its ability
to combine all the US and European common cell phone communication
frequencies into a wideband solution capable of solving communication
problems in any mobile platform.
The tried and tested QUATTRO is being used on oil transport ships that
visit ports in many countries that have different cellular phone
frequency structures.
The QUATTRO is installed in the ships electrical, communication or
engine room, and include cables and antennas which are deployed
throughout the living area and crew facilities onboard. An externally installed antenna conveys the signal to the QUATTRO
.When the ship is near port or in port, the crew can communicate efficiently using their
own cell phones with relatives, friends, and businesses as if they were
off the ship.
The QUATTRO deploys CellAntenna design technology to switch systems from
North American frequency bands to European, African and Asian frequency
bands.
The QUATTRO’s Fiberglass waterproof housing can be installed in
any environmental conditions, and is Plug and Play capable.
Installation of the complete system can occur within a couple of
hours, deploying low
loss cables with connectors already installed
and CellAntenna’s antennas.
All amplifiers within the system are CE and FCC approved.
The QUATTRO takes the guess work out of in building or in-ship
coverage worldwide. |
