Cellular communication can be used for many illegal activities including
IED detonations, prison inmates, and corporate espionage.
CellAntenna has developed technology to meet our customer requirement to
deny access to the service providers.
Different than other companies around the
world, we are experts in both the enhancement and the
denial of radio frequency communication. Our
history with jamming came about due to our ability to
improve mobile phone signals inside buildings. As
experts in the use of distributed antennas systems we
were called upon by a government customer to deploy both
signal enhancement services for most of the areas and
jamming for secure rooms. We succeeded in this
mission where others have failed due to our experience
with both aspects as well as our ability to think
'outside the box' . Our further developments
of the technology has lead us around the world providing
jamming to government organizations and where legal, to
commercial customers including banks, schools and
sensitive corporate environments.
We have both engineering systems for specific target
areas as well as standard products.

its agencies, foreign governments friendly to the United States,
and Corporate customers only where they have a legal right to use our
equipment. Due to the sensitive nature of jamming, we will respond

CellAntenna VS FCC: Status
CellAntenna has taken on the task of trying to get the FCC to allow
First Responders to use and acquire jamming equipment. It is
currently illegal for anyone but the federal government to use the
technology. This means that your local bomb squad cannot use the
jammers unless they obtain special authorization on a mission specific
case from the FBI. Since the Homeland Security Act promotes
technologies to thwart terrorist activities, we believe that the FCC and
the 1934 Communications Act to be invalid when it comes to protecting
the public. The court indicated that although we had a
legitimate claim against the FCC, the time to have argued the case was 6
months after the law went into effect, which was in 1934. Last
year CellAntenna has filed a petition with the FCC asking them to rule
specifically on the First Responder issue. We have not received a
response.
Attention
Law Enforcement Agencies
If you represent a
local or state law enforcement agency or bomb squad, you are not
allowed to use a jamming device to prevent a bomb from
exploding. This has left you and the public in a dangerous
situation. The threat of Remote Control Bombs are a fact.
